Our friend and most “hugable” speaker, Robert Trawick, came down from Oklahoma City during Texas School to help us out by working in the XP PhotoGear booth.
He was a great help to a lot of photographers, who were at the show, by listening to their questions and any problems they were having with lighting.
He came up with the concept that only the Speedboxes from XP PhotoGear are “huggable”.
The Speedbox Diffusers from XP PhotoGear have rods that are made of polycarbonate, so they are flexible and “huggable”. This makes them also more durable and a better choice when working on location. Other competitive softboxes are made with aluminum rods, which makes them more easily breakable.

This is a great image of the different sizes of speedlight modifiers we offer. The only box that is missing from this image is our Airbox, the first wind resistant softbox.
These next series of images are from when Hanson Fong brought his class to our booth to speak about the PCD Microbox Kit. The PCD Microbox Kit has the largest front diffusion panel to give a soften, even spread of light. Our Microbox products are made out of the same high quality material as a softbox.
